One morning, when our car passed by the guard house, the girls saw a CCTV in close range, and are smart enough to recognize the device. Since the topic of CCTV being brought up, I have to say something.
"Hmm.... do you know that your school also has CCTV? Your school's CCTV is smaller and not easy to spot. So, try not to do funny things inside your school compound. Your teachers can easily know what you are doing or what you say."
The most mischievious one sure has something to say. "When I'm outside, there will be no more CCTV." (No wonder she always trying to do mischief out of my sight)
Her statement really put me to think......think.... Out of sudden, my savior appeared. "Do you think there is no CCTV when you are outside hah?" "Jesus is God's CCTV. Don't try to do funny thing. God will knows."

10 FREE WAYS TO BRING MORE ENERGY TO YOUR LIFE
While cleaning up my bookshelf, I came across Jan issue of Women Weekly. I stopped the cleaning and sunk myself into my cosy coach. Browsing through old magazines is something fun, for me.
Old magazines always have sentimental value & I tend to keep them as long as I can; until I have to clear up the space for newer issues. Normally, I will tear out the artiles I want and keep them in a ring file before I send the magazines for recycling.
I summarized below from Jan issue and add in some of my personal tips -- 10 FREE WAYS TO BRING MORE ENERGY TO YOUR LIFE

I summarized below from Jan issue and add in some of my personal tips -- 10 FREE WAYS TO BRING MORE ENERGY TO YOUR LIFE
1. Dress up!
when you looks good, smell good; you definitely feel good. Also, nicely dressed can lift your confidence level. (Lynn's tips: Looks good and smell good doesn't need to be costly. Keep your hair clean and neat, wear clothes and perfumes according to your age as well as your job is the most important after all. )

Exercise improves your blood circulation and higher inflow of oxygen will make you feel less fatigue but more alert. And, you will looks good as your muscles are firmer and healthier. (Lynn's exercise tips: Try to workout with the aid of video. I personally found Cheng Door Yin is the best instructors among all. 3. Sleep well
It's very important to have a deep good night sleep. Your body recharge during your sleep. If the process doesn't goes well, you may have hard time the next day. (Lynn's tips: have a cup of warm honey before your sleep. Make sure the room is completely dark and temperature is appropriate)
4. Reboot your digestive system
When your digestive system is functioning well, its more likely you get most of the nutrient from the food that you are eating. (Lynn's tips: Once a while, have pure yogurt, fruits and nuts for breakfast or snack. Eating enough of fiber, less processed food and enough rest is good for your bowel movement.) Try to includes high nutrient food in your meal or snack. Opt for nuts or fruits to replace unhealthy food.
6. Stay calm
Negative feelings is bad for your health. Try to control your breath when you feel stressed, anxious, worry or angry. (Lynn's tips: Take deep breath whenever bad feeling crops up. I have to deal with anger a lot as I have short temper. Divert your attention, try to do some other thing, take a cup of drink or just as simple as walk away can instantly cool yourself down) House plants like bamboo palms can bring vibrant chi into your house. (Lynn's tips: Spend some time to look at your green plants can help to soothe your tired eyes as well as to feel the joy of life)
8. Spend time with happy people
Try to mix with positive thinking crowd. They will inspire you, support you and make you feel good.

Introduce religious education to your kids.
First of all, I'm trying to be frank that I'm not in the position to discuss how to guide your kids on formal religious teaching, but trying to share my own experience as a medium in introducing religious teaching to be an important part of their personal development.
It's all God's will to have a church mentor stayed few doors away from me and with her passionate explanation, I let my kids attend Sat school. Of course in the early stage, it is more for social opportunities than for spiritual guidance. Every session is packed with fun-filled activities and child-friendly religious discussions.Sometimes, they do have outing for older children (young adult).
The idea here is not to discuss which religion is better to your kids, but to talk about expose your kids as early as possible to spirituality, faith, hope, and morality. It doesn't matter if you're a free thinker or not. The main point is to raise a compassionate child through religious teaching.
If we as a parent doesn't play a part to introduce them to any religious teaching, they most likely will be living religion-free lives in later years. Most likely they will become self-centered, more fragile to the fast-moving world as well as having higher chance to suffer depression. Having a religious background is actually to provide them a sense of self-valued, hope and faith before they have to face the challenging world.

Ladies, take a break!
No matter you are a stay at home mom or working mom, allowing yourself a reasonable break is crucial. Many of us may find it difficult to break away from house chores, or packed daily routines. Some working mom may say not easy to take leave, or to get a back fill.
Is taking a break out of your routine important? Some may say, my job doesn't require much physical movement, or a home maker doesn't means cleaning and washing all the time. Well, I used to think this way. However, day by day, you feel tired, wear out or bad mood. You are longing for me-time. You start recalling your good old days, as free as a bird. Here are signs that you need a me-time break very much.
To love yourself like how you treasure your job, or your family; give yourself a reasonable time off. Pampered yourself once a while is very mood-lifting. There are numerous ways to rejuvenate, depends on which is more effective; as individual results may vary. (a standard disclaimer huh)
Having a quality break doesn't need to be costly. Here are some ideas for consideration.
1. Arranging a day out with your BFF. No worry on what to say, what to bring along or to deal with tantrum. Just drop in to any shop that you like to. Spend your time there as long as you like. I normally buy clothes, accessories or nail polish during this time.
2. If you are longing for a physical theraphy, go for a massage/spa, then head for afternoon tea. Normally, I'll buy myself a book/magazine, then look for a place that I'd like to hang out for the next few hours. Spend your afternoon in ambience environment, sipping your coffee while reading is very relaxing.
3. Wanna have a break with minimal cost? Why not, you can still have your afternoon tea at outlets that offer tea break promotion. And know what, most of them keep the latest magazines on their rack! Like, Seasons, SDS....
4. Go for hair cut and hair treatment not only relaxing but makes you will feel good at least for the rest of the week.
5. For certain people, day off doesn't mean outing day. If you perfer to rest at home, please make sure no housework. You may spend your day on grooming (doing your own hair spa, DIY medi or pedicure), reading or even sleeping. This shall be the best way to recharge yourself.
6. For those who enjoy physical workout, you may plan to have a bowling, badminton games, hiking, swimming or go to gym. Sweating will make you feel fresh as well as to generate positive chi.
I usually have my me-time after kids bed time or when they went off for tuition. This is the time I recharge myself as well as to plan out what I need to do the next day, including my tuition lesson plan.
